A very close relative to the Elemental(Neon) from the same inventor.

This is the second finished puzzle in the series of Elemental-puzzles. Like
the first one (Neon) this one has three plungers. This time
the plunger are placed a bit differently. Therefore there is no center
piece in this puzzle. It has 9 pieces separated into sets of 6 and 3 pieces. Like the original puzzle after moving the first plunger the next three moves are already set. This means this puzzle is not scrambled or solved by moving six plungers but by appliying six sequences of plunger moves of which only the first plunger is a degree of freedom for the puzzler.
Length: 141 mm (plunger)
Weight: 113 grams
