A face turning dodecahedron with 4 cuts per axis. The cuts are placed different compared to the Gigaminx.
Without the outer set of cuts this puzzle would look like Pyraminx Crystal (aka Aleh's Brilic). There it received its name to reflect this relationship.
Piece type signature: DF4[C5.0 E5.5 T5.15 W10.5 X5.10][C5.0 E5.5]
The first version was made from a megaminx.
The second version was made 5 month later by Tom van der Zanden. This version uses a gigaminx with some pieces hidden and one set of piece added.
2020 Michael Sun followed with another version, produced via FDM printing by Jason Gavril. Please refer to image 5.
Five years later the Chopasaurus Jr. appeared, a puzzle with seemingly identical cuts but a completely different axis system.
