An eight-sided 2x2x2 in a highly unusual shape, closely related to a non-platonic octahedron.
This is a 2x2x2 shape transformed into the shape of a rhombic dodecahedron with 4 of the 12 sides extended to a point. This puzzle itself has a lot of similarities to that of the 2x2x2 octahedron by Justin Eplett, see the seperate entry. However, this puzzle flattens the octahedron shape slightly and adds a 90 degree turn for its solved state resulting (combined with sticker pattern) in only onepossible solved permutation instead of four.
