This puzzle was described in Cubic Circular 7&8, page 19.
Distributed in the UK by Pentangle around 1985.
The back of the puzzle says "Uriblock, Brevettato, Made in Italy". Note that Brevettato means Patented.
It has the same solved pattern as Tsukuda Square (easy variant) but a different mechanism since all plungers can be moved independently.
