An easily sticker-mod or tile-swap for a 2x2x2 cube that creates a more complex 4-colour Sudoku 2x2x2
The museum has an entry for "Sudoku 2x2x2 (stickerless)" where each corner piece has tiles of a single colour - two corners each of the four colours. That puzzle is trivial because it is one turn away from the "Sisyphus II" variant 6.
This more complex version gives each corner one of the eight combinations of three colours and arranges them in the 'solved' state so each face shows one of the six combinations of all four colours.
The solve is mechanically the same as for a standard 2x2x2 but requires extra thought as is common for these Sudoku-type puzzles. The photos show a simple pattern for the position of tiles of each colour across the faces that helps to solve the first layer.
