This puzzle is named Перевертыши Пирамидки, transliterated Perevertyshi Piramidki which means Rolling Pyramids.
This is one of the many puzzle produced in the soviet union that resurface only slowly. Nothing is known about this puzzle except what can be derived from the images. There it seems equivalent to the Rolling Pyramids, reinvented in 2022, see the seperate entry. There were at least two different versions with different colours.
The original price is based on the official exchange rate (0.6 roubles per dollar) although in socialist time this was completely theoretical. The price (in roubles) is printed on the package.
