This is an amazingly complex shape transformation given the fact that it was implemented without 3D printing. It distinguishes itself from the Mega-Shard by the orientation of the megaminx inside the solid. In Mega-Shard the long tip is an extensions of a face piece. In Kevin the long tip is an extensions of a corner piece.
The name was choosen by the community asked by the inventor.
