One two-fold shallow turn and one three-fold deeper-than-origin turn in a shape preserving dodecahedron.
The Binary Dodecahedron is a puzzle with only 2 axes of rotation:
One 2-fold shallower-than origin turn, located on one of the edges of the dodecahedron, image 4.
One 3-fold deeper-than-origin turn, located on one of the vertices of the dodecahedron, image 5.
Beyond these no turns are possible.
While designing the puzzle the inventor had the idea to design the shallower-than-origin turn into a 3-fold axis. The result is the Binary Gem, seen in a separate entry.
Edge length: 32 mm
