The Crazy Starminx takes a Starminx and applies the "Crazy" mechanism to it, in which every piece within the circle remains stationary as the respective face is turned. This creates an immensly more difficult challenge than your ordinary Starminx.
The first presented version is a standard crazy puzzle. All twelve circles do not rotate with the surrounding layer. After a suggestion from the community the design is now also available in configurations equivalent to the eight planets from series of the Crazy Megaminx Plus.
Unlike the Starminx and the Circle Starminx this puzzle comes with corner pieces. These are present in the Curvy Starminx.
Piece type signature: DF2[Fz5 C5 E5 E10 Tz15 Xc20][Fz5 C5 E5 E10]
The puzzle was FDM printed in ABS and then vapor smoothed in acetone by Jason Gavril.
Diameter (inner): 90 mm
Edge length: 40 mm
Weight: 288 grams
