This puzzle is made from the Bump cube by cutting and filling the thickest layer of a 3x3x3 mirror blocks to create another layer equal in thickness to the thinnest layer but on the opposite face.
The stickering concept is known from the Horror cube.
Slim "Horror" Bump Cube (Mirror Blocks) solve is a little tricky as the top and bottom (thin) layers have edges that can be falsely equivocated. This can create a parity similar the "void cube parity" where only two pieces are out on the last layer.
