A very rare truncated Octahedron.

This puzzle was made by Christoph Bandelow, wellknown member of the community since the earliest days.
He bought a number of Magic Octahedrons from Poland and modified them by hand to give them this new shape. He applied newly produced stickers and sold them over the years. His packages included some instructions shown in image 3.
Image 2 compares it with a soviet version.
The shape is a truncated octahedron, an archimedean solid.
Edge length: 19 mm
Weight: 50 grams
