This puzzle consists of four ball in frame. In theory the balls could be rotated freely inside the frame. In reality the balls are to narrow to each other. Craters within each ball allow such a dense packaging and they assure that each rotation blocks the adjacent balls.
The most common version uses a black frame but there is also one with a coloured frame.
