I don't care how good you are, you will never fulfil a block building method's potential without colour neutrality, be it partial or full neutrality.

I do agree now. It's quite definitely more difficult to begin, but its definitely better! I only have my 4x4 right now, so I'm using that for 3x3, and I got a 2:58.02 solve using Roux

Solving the corners in one step with non-matching 1x2x3's is NMCMLL

Not without simply paraphrasing what is already there.
It's quite simple, just match up your cube with the one in the image (colours wise) and then match that with an alg from the table.

Are the diagrams on the left of my corners, and then the 1-3 of the remaining sides?

No. Each one on the left is a group.

In case you still don't understand it: When you are solving using Roux, the colors you choose to stay on the left and right side (L/R) of the cube are very important. Most people choose Yellow and White. When you look at the image on the page you should notice that Yellow and White are the focus of the picture. So when you want to solve a certain case you don't look for the orientation of the colors that are supposed to go to the U layer, you look at the orientation of the L/R colors. Only two yellow and two white stickers exist on all 4 U corners. Next you look for the location of the 4 colors that are supposed to be brought to the U layer. If the bottom of your blocks are red, the U corners are all supposed to be colored orange on top. If the left block is green on the bottom and the right is orange then the left side U corners are supposed to be blue on top and the right side is supposed to be red. Once you found your pattern, find your case in the picture and the code to the left of it's group. Your sequence will be in the HTML table. Shorter: You look for the L/R orientation first and find it's group. Then you look for the orientation of the colors that are supposed to be on U and find that case in the L/R orientation group you have. Finally, find the code for that case in the HTML table.
