Hello cubers.
A new mod is just finished.
The puzzle is a 7x7x5 made from a 7x7x7.
This one is by far my best mod, I guess "practise makes better" is true after all :D
The turning of the puzzle is astonishing and solving it is very fun.

I have a 9x9 which a plan to mod. Which puzzle do you think I should make:
5x7x9
7x7x9 or
9x9x7 ?
Thanks.

That depends very much on whether you're a solver or not and how much you wish to challenge your skills. The best puzzle to solve is the 5x7x9 and to make it you need to truncate one side (5), leave one side at full size with fused layers and the final (large) side will need to be built up. I have Traiphum's version made to Dan Fast's design and it is a fantastic puzzle.

Definitely a 7x7x9 because I don't believe anyone has made one yet from a 9x9x9. Correct me if I'm wrong. Also, fantastic craftsmanship. I guess practice does make perfect! Keep up the good work!

VERY nice work. I am venturing on the smaller one soon, the 4x4 into a 2x4x4. Hopefully I can become as skilled as you are, that is for sure!

Hi

this puzzle looks fantastic.
I wished I could learn how to mod a cube like that.
How did you learn this?

If I would be in your shoes I guess I would make the 5x7x9 because it is the most interesting to solve.

Happy modding :-)
