So the past few days have been quite fun for me, since I just recently picked up a Sega Dreamcast and some games. And with some knowledge of video games and consoles, I remembered there was a console called the "Treamcast" which used Dreamcast hardware, and had a screen attached for on the go purposes. Being it is incredibly hard to find, I was wondering if there was an attachment for the Dreamcast to have a screen like the Treamcast did. Would anyone know if there is a screen attachment for it? I haven't found anything like such, so I assume it doesn't exist. Is that true, and if so, would a Treamcast be the only way to play it on the go? (excluding Computer emulation)

Thanks in advance if there is information!

Some portable DVD players have AV inputs and can therefore be used as portable screens. Powering the system is another matter, though.

Another problem is that it would have to work with the Dreamcast's shape, and man is that a tough one. The other option is the serial port, but that wouldn't do much... If a Treamcast appeared, I'd buy it in a heartbeat if it isn't a crazy price.

I also don't have very good modding skills, especially when it comes to technology. There was a portable one that someone made that ran on 6 AA batteries. But I don't want to destroy a dreamcast for that. Would anyone happen to own a Treamcast? And if they did, what kind of price range would I be looking into if it is for sale? I just want it for on-the-go, but its not easy to come by, even if it was taken down by Sega very quick
