As you may know I've been looking for a Tsukuda's Square for a while with no luck, so I decided to make my own:
It can be made from a simple mod to the Rubik's XV:

I used parts from two puzzles because I thought the three row plunger would not fit through the single row slots, so I used three single plungers and then bandaged them together after the cover was in place.

Then I discovered that the simple removal of 4 bumps in the case would allow the three row plunger to fit so i "created" this puzzle:

I'm not sure if it is very difficult or not as i haven't really tried to solve it yet (too busy with the Tsukuda variant  ) but it does seem to scramble quite well!

Can any members out there say whether the two plungers of three rows will restrict the number of possible states or if the two single plungers will allow for a difficult scramble and solve?

And if anyone has an original Tsukuda's Square...I'm still interested in buying one! Although hopefully this one will allow me to stop compulsively checking ebay for a while!
