Now I finsihed the presentation box for my nine rubik clock variants. All frames, backgrounds and digits are 3d-printed.

It shows the logos of Bayern Munich, started with the foundation year 1906.

The cuts and layouting was made by Oliver. Great work!!!

I bet that any big fan of Bayern M would pay a lot of money for this collectors set. Are there any reasons for the colours of the frames/numbers? Strip colours perhaps?

Claus, don't say you are a fan of FC Bayern? They are very rare outside this strange area (of Germany ???) called Bavaria, where they still hunt the bear (do you remember Bruno the "Problembär"?) instead of drinking bear.

Konrad, I am not only fan of FCB. Since 1971 I am member of this famous club.
And after the CL final we drunk a lot of bear in London.

That must have been a great party, unfortunately not with your usual Kölsch, I suppose? Or did you ship some as bulk luggage? (I'm a fan of FCB, too, but no member.)

Hard to decide what drags more attention.
The badges, the obsession behind them or ... Pantazis' image.
*Where is the "frightened"-smilie, if you need it?*

LOL Add to this that Bayern always won whenever I visited the Olympiastadion.
(not sure if this could work with the Alianz Arena, haven't tested it yet).

And yes, Lothar Matthaeus was playing for Bayern when I was there!

So, this was some time ago. Lothar Mathäus left FC Bayern after his last play for FCB on March 8th 2000 (FCB won 4:1 against Real Madrid).
Do you remember the trauma of the Champions League final 1999? Lothar was exchanged close to the end of the match. Everybody assumed that his team would win 1:0, but :( :( :(

Funny thing, Bayern had completely outclassed the other side (e.g. had hit the post twice while
the score was still 1-0, plus many many chances), to then score twice in injury time with what
I would call "miss-kicks". Totally undeserved, but that is the wild beauty of football. The same
happened with previous finals of the Champions Cup. Oh yes, and I wish UEFA would bring back
the romantic Cup Winners Cup!

As for traumas, the above was comparable to the 2-2 draw versus Red Star in 1991, despite an
epic performance. Jupp was the coach back then, and the God of football owned him a Champion's
Cup with Bayern for 22 years!!! Happy ending for him, it would have been better if Lothar had got
that Cup too. I remember him since his Gladbach years, was glad to see him in person!

:)

PS. I hope I am not getting too much off topic!

I remember that game. Bayern were winning easily, so they took Matthaeus off because he was no longer needed. Oops! Manchester United then scored twice in time added on. I've never seen such faces of stunned disbelief on footballers :(

Directly after the 1:1 my wife asked me if now will follow the extra time. Before I could given the answer....
