Hello everyone
Finally, all went well restore the puzzle to its original tension allowed me to get what I wanted a puzzle stable and runs well as out of the box
I just took some photos and after lunch I will take to make a video write the marketplace post afterthat i will reply to each of you

Hello all,
after more or less 50 hours of work i can show you the complete shape,
now i'm tensioning it, after lubricating, behavior of the puzzle is radically changed (for the better)
and this gives me hope... I'm sure I'll get a great puzzle;
for those who want to see some of the many steps that have allowed me to achieve this great result, I refer you to this discussion:

is provable that tomorrow if the weather is nice i'll propose some most beautiful photos and of course the video and marketplace post, for those interested I have already set a price, onerous but which I think is very honest of € 230 + shipping;

Wow, that is really, really, good. I wonder what kind of differences the exposed pieces cause solving-wise?

It looks great. The great craftsmanship and attention to detail show.

For the new center you've exposed, how have you stickered the ones that are hidden in the solved state but visible when scrambled?

I hope he didn't sticker the hidden pieces. Because if for example you were solving those pieces, and you had a black triangle, and the triangle you needed to go there was hidden then the black triangle wouldn't give away its location; therefore increasing difficulty.

I'm not a great solver of puzzles, so the only thing I understand is that (I THINK):
the exposed piece , moves wherever there is a fellow so it can be visible or hidden during the resolution;

so having a value in terms of resolution, the piece needs an algorithm to be inserted in its place without ruining what one has already solved;

the others unstickered hidden tips:

I prefer to leave them as they are, I think as in certain types of complexes puzzles as this, remove or add material may be harmful in terms of rotation;
in total all inside of the puzzle, would add about 30 sheets of a thickness of more or less 0.20 mm, I do not know how it could react so at the moment I'd rather not to try, thank you for the nice question,

Very sharp and clean. Excellent work.

I've been waiting to mod my Bauhinia into a face-turning regular icosahedron after I finish my Hexaminx. Hopefully that'll be soon. I'm surprised a full transformation into an FTI hasn't been done yet with this puzzle.

Seeing those pieces exposed makes me want to see an icosidodecahedral version. With 32 colors of course.
