Hi

There are 8 cubes, each of them with 3 faces and 3 numbers from 1,2,3,...,24.
The aim is to build the 2x2x2 cube, that each of the 6 faces will have the same magic sum (ms).

If you'll do that, than each of the 12 lines of 8 numbers (including 6 zig-zag lines) as you go around the cube, sums the same magic sum (2ms).
So, the magic sum appears 18-times.

Of course, the numbers can be also arranged around the twisty 2x2x2 cube.

The magic number can probably already be determined from the numbers shown.
But the last photo is at least not giving away the solution

Is this made via Shapeways (WSF)?

Well.... it has to be > 24, because 24 is already present as a single number

I could cut out all your parts from paper to see if my solution fits, but my guess for the magic number is see below
