Wow, really clean build! I like the excessive filleting on the edges, I think it makes it look really nice. Can't wait to see more from you (:

All you have to do is cut the edges in half. & to make it looks nicer cap them with plastic sheet.

I had no idea it was done that easily.

+I didn't use plastic sheet or putty. Just cut half the edges But no problem to turning you can see in VDO.

This looks very good. Nice job!.
In the video it looks like it is a little on the loose side, mainly because the process of cutting the pieces in half removes some material from the pieces due to the thickness of the saw blade. I do recommend capping the pieces with plastic sheeting such that the width of both halves next to each other is the same as the edge pieces were before cutting. This way the puzzle will be as tight as it was before the mod.

Okay, I'm extremely sorry for bumping this old topic, but what domino I'd you use? My domino has a ball core and doesn't seem to suit this mod
