Riddle Me This...

Answering the proposed riddle gives you the right to drop the next riddle. Please post obscure/original riddles.
Please don't ask the all-knowing google machine about anything posted here.
Keep in mind that riddles should be done in spoken form, and words can be stretched (like award/a ward or you/u) when written down to keep them from being spoiled.

I will start with one of my own invention.

What has no eyes, but can see warfare?

Both have cameras which can be called the "eyes". SatellItes has an "I".

At first, I was thinking about anything that is in a war- bombs, guns, etc.
But what can "see" warfare?
Well, a couple things- Scopes, radar, night cams, etc.
But that doesn't really seem like an answer to a riddle, so I'm going to think harder.

After a little thinking, I realized what it is: The answer is a Night Vision cameras! It has 2 "I's (eyes)" nIght vIsion cameras.
Is this right?

Maybe a scope? I feel like there are many possible answers to this riddle, but there is only one which sounds like the answer to a riddle.

Having any "eyes/I's" DQ's it from being a correct answer. Also cameras can be interpreted as the eyes of something, and won't be in its self a camera.

A gun? It has no eyes, yet it sees ("sees" is used loosely) warfare... Like I said, it seems as if there are many possible answers to this.

Hmmm, not so sure, that was quite a bad one considering that "can sea warfare" does not make sense as "sea warfare" is not a verb. TBH, I prefer Doug's earlier answer: a gun, which has no eyes but can "see" (i.e., experience) warfare.

Guys, I think we are really straying from the stated rules. As Schua said, you can only ask a riddle if you were the first to answer the last riddle.

In this case the problem was caused because there were multiple correct answers (promise, silence, etc.) and the person after me posted a new riddle as they that assumed only their answer was correct. So I think we're back on track with my riddle, and there's only one possible answer...
