Today I can present another teraminx transformation.

Greg's Triple Layer Icosahedron

This incredible design has been made by Greg. It is built with more than 500 pieces.

The complete series shows the single-, double- and Triple-Layer Icosahedron (TLI) based on the designs of the Megaminx, Gigaminx and Teraminx.

Stickers were cut by Oliver.

Of all the Platonic solids the icosahedron is my favourite shape, it's a shame there are not more twisties based on this. This is a really nice puzzle, I wish I could afford to buy it. I hope you enjoyed applying the 720 stickers

BTW, in the post title, shouldn't it be so, la, ti ..?

Is the Triple-Layer Icosahedron slightly concave or are my eyes just watering up? Will this be available on Shapeways? A beautiful puzzle.
