I am hoping to make a house cube by purchasin these sticker from Olivers stickers in the near future:

I understand that i need a fisher cube and a standard 3x3 to make it. I was just wondering if anybody had a reccomendation of which brand i should buy that fit together without having to modify the shape of the mechanism?

Since not all cubes are identical, presumably not all combinations would work.

Why don't you delve into the world of cube modding and build it all yourself? This is quite a simple mod and a good starting point.

Because i am completely and utterly useless at doing anything that involves making or building things, and whenever i try anything like this, i destroy it. i have learned from my experience of the last 42 years, learned to recognise this about myself, and avoid doing it at all costs

Seriously i really am unable to do this. You are talking to someone completely incapable of sawing, sanding or filing a straight edge, painting a straight line (even with masking tape used! figure that one out!)

I really struggle even to put the stickers on vaguely straight on a standard 3x3.

So yeah - I'd prefer to use pieces that I can just snap together and know they will work, if possible

Don't blame yourself, perhaps your paws, claws and whiskers stop you from doing a good job

A ghosthand 3x3 v2 should work with the mefferts Fisher Cube.
