Well as it is one of my customs I managed to leave a single piece out of the stl file for the puzzle so this is as far as it will get for a while.(wow it does not look blue in person ) The good part about this, is that means I will go ahead and order my next puzzle while i am ordering the replacement part. This deserves another hint. I am only giving one this time, for this one I prefer that no one posts what they think it is. If you do think you know what it is then keep it to yourself and feel giddy like I do.

Let's keep this to hints gentlemen, if you want in depth discussion of what you think is being hinted at, please start a new topic like this. Dave

Received a shipment from Shapeways from with the parts for my first 3-D printed design. Going to have to do some manual work to get the pieces to fit properly, but I hope to have a proof of concept prototype within the next week.
In the meantime, have a cropped screenshot from FreeCAD showing one of my puzzle's pieces.

This is the puzzle after my next one. I wouldn't expect to see it until after Christmas. Good luck guessing this one.

My vote is for something that isn't actually a cube or even a pillowed cube.

Just sent my 3rd puzzle design to Shapeways to be printed yesterday. It has x movable pieces. And depending on how the puzzle is stickered each of them has x-1 possible orientations. There are also x stickers on each face of the puzzle. And I'll say x is a single digit number.
This is also the first of my designs I can upload as a single model on Shapeways. It's been in my head for a while now but I just started on the design in Solidworks on Sunday so its also by far the fasted I've ever thrown a design together.
Enjoy, Carl

I finally received my first puzzle, and it already dyed and assembled. I just need to finish applying the stickers. So I will release it soon. Guess what it is!: Here another hint for the shape (ignore the cuts):

Looks like lots of new puzzles are coming soon. I thought that the above picture was for a slightly less deepcut starminx, but the piece that is next to it kinda confuses me.
My above picture hint has been ordered, any new ideas?

My first 3D printed puzzle (that I've designed). Looks like a normal Hexagonal Prism, doesn't it?

Here are the pieces for my next puzzle: The number of pieces here is 424, plus some extras. The total number of pieces the puzzle should have is 425, but Shapeways forgot a piece. Hopefully I'll be able to present the puzzle before the end of the month. Oh, and it jumbles. A lot.

Oh, and it jumbles. A lot. The "image" is really one difficult to guess hint. You really went out of your way to disguise. Anyway what is the definition of the amount of jumbling? Since when can puzzle jumble a lot? Hopefully no one is going to come up with a definition. I can't wait for it. EDIT: all of a sudden there is actually an image. I took it out of the quote. I just read "image" there before. For minutes. I hope it's a dodecahedron, like it seems.

What I mean by the puzzle jumbles a lot is that there are many ways to split up the parts. Interestingly enough, there is only one angle that will lead to a jumbling move, but after a jumbling move, I've counted six or so other jumbling moves that interact with the previous jumbling. This picture is when I took it apart after accidentally jumbling it.

That looks terrifying. Appears to be a dodecahedron of some sort that is deeper cut than the Megaminx. And 20 types of jumbling! Holy cow! I had no idea that there were that many!
