Has the round one made befor? I am looking for a name?

Cool puzzles. Isn't the first one something like a BowTie Skewb or something? I'm not too sure.

To me the second one's stickers look like band-aids. However, Bandage Skewb would certainly be confused with Bandaged Skewb, so there goes that idea.
