I know October has a few hours for some of people. However, I'm posting this now as I'm going to have an extra-busy day tommorrow and will likely not have the time to be on the forum. October hasn't been as productive as other months in terms of numbers. But if you were to measure how many laws of physics were broken as a way of measuring productivity, this has been the best month in the HISTORY of this site. This list should explain itself: 527- Oct 01 Door's The Incredible Dino528- Oct 02 Oskar's Jumblix529- Oct 05 Oliver Nagy's Escher Megaminx (Sticker Variation)530- Oct 04 mizzle576's Face-Turning Octahedron(Old version)531- Oct 05 Oliver Nagy's Escher Megaminx532- Oct 05 witeden's LED Flash Cube533- Oct 05 gingervergo's Fully Functional Siamese 2x2x2534- Oct 05 gingervergo's The ultra-X535- Oct 05 pablobaluba's Radu's Octopus536- Oct 07 Apollo's Megamorphix537- Oct 09 Oskar and bram's Gear Shift538- Oct 10 TomZ's Curvy Copter plus539- Oct 11 incredible's Tetrahedron Void Skewb540- Oct 11 0wlstudioz's Chrome House Cube541- Oct 11 incredible's Hex Domino Skewb542- Oct 12 incredible's Spiked Void Tetrahedron - the evil twin543- Oct 13 pirsquared's Comboctahedron544- Oct 15 Oskar's AntiCube545- Oct 16 incredible's 24 Octahedron546- Oct 17 heiowge's Warborg!547- Oct 19 ENCuber's Evil 2x3x4 puzzles548- Oct 19 cooldayr's and Will_57's Void Petaminx549- Oct 20 Tony Fisher's Sliding Pucks560- Oct 21 Chino's MegaHP551- Oct 21 Apollo's Penta-1552- Oct 22 Doubleyou's Truncated Trajber's Octahedron553- Oct 22 Timur's Triamond554- Oct 22 Doubleyou's Professor's Rhomb555- Oct 23 Oskar's and bram's Bram's Square556- Oct 24 grigr's Pony Cube557- Oct 24 grigr's Elementalix558- Oct 24 grigr's Never Cube559- Oct 26 Doubleyou's 7x3x3560- Oct 26 iaroslavski's Closed Path Cube561- Oct 28 Apollo's Master Hexagonal Prism562- Oct 28 mizzle576's Mental Block563- Oct 29 TomZ's Mini Pentultimate564- Oct 29 grigr's Revelation Cube565- Oct 29- Quirky-Cubes' Micro Axis566- Oct 30 Oskar's Fairly Fudged567- Oct 31 DDR's Chameleon Cube568- Oct 31 Felixouchon's Mini Sphere569- Oct 31 Felixouchon's Diamond570- Oct 31 Felixouchon's Megasphere571- Oct 31 Felixouchon's Bandaged Cube572- Oct 31 Felixouchon's Cube Helene573- Oct 31 Felixouchon's Hexaminx574- Oct 31 Felixouchon's Cow Cube (Sticker Variation)575- Oct 31 Felixouchon's Fused576- Oct 31 Felixouchon's Reveil577- Oct 31 Felixouchon's Waterplouf578- Oct 31 Felixouchon's Linkub579- Oct 31 Felixouchon's Cubie Chaos580- Oct 31 Felixouchon's Cubie Chaos 5x6x7581- Oct 31 Felixouchon's Bandaged Rhombic Dodecahedron582- Oct 31 Felixouchon's Jungle 2x2x2583- Oct 31 Felixouchon's Locked CubeWe are trying something new this month! This time, instead of just 2 votes, you get 3! Weight them as your personal Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards. Steryne, when you count the votes, give Gold 3 votes, Silver 2 votes, and Bronze 1 vote. This shift in the system is to compensate for the countless complaints that have been building up regarding how restrictive voting was. Remember, though, you still can't vote the same user twice, even for different puzzles. If you spot an error or find a puzzle I missed (which would only happen if it's posted within the last couple hours of the month on Forum-Time or if it's not in the New Puzzles category) please notify me. Links really help a lot. EDIT: Oliver Nagy's Escher Megaminx was skipped. Thanks for pointing that out.

Wow. What. A. Month. Gold: Tom's Pentultimate Silver: Void Petaminx Bronze: Radu's Octopus Really, there isn't too much of an order to that; any of these could be puzzle of the year for hitting new extremes. Tom hit a new extreme in affordability and tested the very limits of 3d printing, all while putting a pentultimate under my christmas tree. Will achieved a new standard in 3d designing, whilst Sky tested how much one could pay for a puzzle . And then there's the octopus, which shows what amazing things still wait to be done through good old-fashioned hand modding, rather than all this new-fangled technology. Congrats to all three! EDIT: Honorable mention to grigr, for making everything so damn tiny!

Wow, this is the first month I've really struggled to come to a decision about my favourites. Gold: Shim's Triamond Silver: MegaHP Bronze: Radu's Octopus I would do an 'honourable mention', but they really irritate me when I see them, so I won't. Alex

Riley0143 wrote: Gold: 547 Silver: 532 Bronze534 This works fine, but in the future, it'd be easier to see the name of the puzzle to which you are casting the vote. It makes counting a few seconds faster per vote. @PM6262 Even I voted for it because I like it so much better. For one thing, the quality is good enough that it's not questionably fake. You should finish the Creature's big brother soon.
