Overall I think that the puzzle is a success but needs some improvement. I also lubricated the puzzle which made it quite a bit more loose than it should be.

:D :D :D It turned out great (a little lose as you said though, but overall it;s great) and pretty good shape (not many star puzzles [I think no star puzzles]) BTW what's the color scheme it's going to have? one color each tip?
:scrambled:  :solved:

as you can see in the bottom two pieces there are a few pieces that turned out to be for the worse. I have edited the files so they are no longer there. I also changed the tolerances for the tips. I think alot of the reason this puzzle is so loose is because of the lubrication. I think with simply breaking the puzzle in it would be much nicer.

Thanks for all of the comments guys, dealing with color scheme, this is it for this one. I am dedicating this puzzle to a close friend of mine who cam up with the concept a year ago. She isn't very puzzly, so i am keeping it simple and pretty for her.

Very nice puzzle !!

the only thing I got to say is that I would like to see it with white body with stickers, and maybe a little bigger.
