Hi Twisty Puzzles fans,

Framed Cube is a hollow 4x4x4 Rubik's Cube with a visible 2x2x2 Rubik's Cube inside. So you do not only have to solve the outer surface, but the inner cube as well. This concept was suggested by Per Kristen Fredlund. The mechanism is a combination of a classic 2x2x2 Rubik's Cube and Hollow Cube.

Watch the YouTube video.
Buy the puzzle from my Shapeways Shop.
Check out the photos below.

Enjoy!

Oskar

Great puzzle! I like the mechanism :D

I just got my MF8 Crazy 4x4-I yesterday and haven't had time to play around with it yet. But seeing this cube I suddenly had an epiphany and realized how to solve it. Thanks Oskar!

This is the cube the Crazy-4x4 emulates. It's kind of weird seeing this puzzle in it's true form after playing with the crazy cube for so long.

Nice design! Isn't this a version of the Crazy 4x4x4 I though?

This is one of those puzzles where you can go so far with it...

If this is the Crazy 4x4x4 in true form, where it's a 2x2x2 in a 4x4x4, how would the 3x3x3 in a 4x4x4 look in true form?
