Some regular members might remember the truncation only icosahedron 3x3x3 and the truncation only rhombic triacontahedron 3x3x3 I presented lately. Both made with purpose. With this picture in mind. Attachment:

As everybody can see I am not finished yet. But the community isn't either since there are no more than four slots (those with the question marks) filled so far. I think I have to raid Frank Tiex's home...

Thank you so far. Seems like there are some other who want this table to be complete. It would be nice if others could help in making this table more complete since I am at some kind of a ded point.
@Frank: I have indeed thought about bringing all of these to the DCD2010 especially since you could add one (or two?) to this table. But I am still thinking about it since the number is so high and some variants are really big... and of tetrahedral shape!
BTW: Does anybody know a source for a dice in the shape of a rhombic dodecahedron? You might notice that there is a free slot in the leftmost column.
