That's "a bunch", exactly as stated.

I'm waiting to see the 5 gold puzzle rings.

LOL.

:( I'm still waiting for all my christmas puzzles to arrive.

I did get a $50 amazon gift card, which I spend on a TV series for my girlfriend and a 9-in-1 USB card reader, also for my girlfriend. She got a $50 petco gift card, so no extra presents for me.

If I were going to post pictures of KO puzzles you would have seen some pretty amazing things that are better left unshown

And to answer your question-yes, it was flown in from Japan

I'm assuming so. I could be wrong, and could have gotten taken for a ride once again, but I'm guessing it's legit.

And I'm questioning why every thread has to be turned into a discussion about KO's? I'm trying to have fun here and you all just cannot leave it alone! It's a post meant to be fun for goodness sake can we please knock it off!!! No pun intended.

Yes, I nicked her idea! I thought it was so cute, but I chose the puzzles (well most of them, I did get a bit of help from the bug), took the photos, and wrote words to the song. So in the end, it's MINE!!! KO that it is

So without any further words from me:

On the fourth day of Christmas,
my true love sent to me
Four Dominoes,

the 12 days of Christmas traditionally run from the 26th through 6th of January. What do people learn in schools these days?

No, it wasn't intended to be done this year!

First time i looked i thought the two dominoes on the left were just a mirror image of eachother, i looked closer and maybe theyre not the same, but im still not convinced. But even so they are mirrored in comparison to eachother, in orientation of the dots on the puzzle, and theres a line in between them, it would be a good was to fake having 4 if you only really got 3....

Spindle, groove, blind, Taiwan. No mirror images here! If you look at all the puzzle photos I post, you'll notice that fold line in the cloth on all of them. It's really a laundry bag, and because it is too big, it has to be folded to store.

And this is Rox you're talking about. Remember me? Big collector? Hmm. where have you been?

There's a really interesting post about the differences of each somewhere in puzzle collecting.

It took me almost an entire minute to learn that not all 12 days are up! I lost track of the date and its the easiest day to remember- 1st day of 1st month! I was playing the tune in my head and, to my surprise, this song is so well thought out it matches the correct syllable counts and rhyming scheme- the scansion is even identical! Way to go Katherine!

And way to go Katsmom (Roxanne, right? I should know this!) for being so suspenseful with this!

Anyone can count, the trick is having the puzzles to post along with the words.

Where'd you get the jeweled one? And where'd the smaller one come from?

The Jeweled one I made using those sticky jewels for phone/gameboy covers! The bugs idea. We made a series of cubes with them too.

The tiny one was made in Russia. Early early puzzle.

You do realize that there will be far more than "Twelve Puzzles of Christmas" when you're done, right?

There is an old question about the song - how many gifts were actually given?
The answer depends on how one counts - if all the gifts are tallied across all the verses with repetitions, the answer usually accepted is 364. I read somewhere if repetitions aren't counted, the answer is 78. Either way, that's a fine lot of puzzles!

I'll take either 78 or 364 new puzzles. I'm not picky!

No offense, but that wasn't as creative as the others.

 then you do it  Do you have any idea how hard it is to get puzzle names to fit the pattern of the song? Much less have the puzzles to put up in pictures?
That's why I didn't have "five golden rings" not enough puzzles. Same goes for the dinosaurs-I know it should be 4 but....

lol
It kinda seems like you gave up on that one, and just threw in a bunch of random cubes and called them all cuboids.
I like it though, it probably just made my day, although the day is still young, so I can't say for sure.
Keep up the good work! :D

Here's one I can actually do: "Nine V-Cube 6s" (Don't ask, and I don't blame you if you don't have all 9 them)

I just realized an irony: the 12 days of Christmas ends on the 6th, the day my break ends.

If I told you you would go to my puzzle haunts and I wouldn't have those puzzles! You would

Oh, I'll give you the first day of Christmas:
top row: Tokyo Disney, Orlando Disney, Tokyo disney
second row: Hong Kong Disney, Tokyo Disney, Hong Kong Disney
Third row: Hong Kong Disney
Fourth row: Hong Kong Disney
Fifth row: Paris Disney

I have a friend who is an air steward-I buy him Disney pins here and he buys me Disney cubes everywhere else. Nice Trade!

If anyone is interested, I'll list out the other 11 days at the end of the song.
