This is my Third puzzle build, it took three days to complete and I am happy with the results. It was cast in Smooth Cast 300. The core I used is from a white PVC megaminx. Thanks for looking and any feedback or constructive criticisms would greatly be appreciated.

pretty nice, but then stickers look a little bit crooked.

I wish I knew how to use Dr. Sticker, cutting stickers is my weakest point as I've seen with other builders as well.

Oh, yes. I hate stickering but it is necessary ...

I still want to build this one for myself in the future but have always put this one back down on the list.

For puzzles like that it often pays to make a stencil from plastic sheet. Here's mine along side the one I made for my Gigaminx. Even with this method stickering my 7x7x7 V-Ball took eight hours.

But to make it simplier, For your puzzle, it is very simple to design the stickers. So I would only need 2 infos:

-Length of one complete edge of the puzzle (not sticker)
-length of one diamond's edge

So I drew it for you and send you a printable version of it so you can test it to see if it fits your puzzle.

I agree stencils are a great idea. I make mine from spare pieces of cardboard. Do you mind telling us what sort of plastic sheet you use (what thickness)? I imagine the thicker ones used for puzzle building would be too much trouble to cut and difficult to use.

It's High Impact Polystyrene Sheet. It's the same stuff I often use for puzzles and is 0.75mm thick. I just use off-cuts I have lying around. It's a really good method for curved or complicated stickers. Rectangles, squares and triangles can obviously be done by simply drawing out a grid.
