Just in time to show at IPP, I have completed my Elemental:Fluorine design: Fluorine is the second of the Elemental line of puzzles (after the Neon) to be complete. (I have put in a lot of time on Chromium but it isn't yet functional) I have shown other Elemental designs here and here and even gave a teaser picture of Fluorine in this post (I didn't have marked pieces yet). But now it is ready to formally show: It is also a chance to show off my new half-height design. I made one other half height attempt with Neon ( here) but the 1/16" acrylic is too thin to hold the screws so this time I used a Neon DIY inspired design with cutouts, and then nuts for a more secure hold. This may be my new default design going forward. Here is a size comparison: Enjoy, Dave

Sven: No more difficult than the Neon I imagine. I haven't really tried (my scramble picture was just a few moves easily reversed).
Calzone: These will be available for trade and purchase once I figure out pricing on my classic and newer half height designs. I'll be sure to post in Marketplace.
Dave

This looks great Dave! Any possibility of having DIY's for this model like you did for the Neon? I still want a custom one too though, I just need to think of what kind of design I want

Not quite like I did for Neon, but I would like to offer a DIY of the half height version. The Neon DIY was unique in that it required extra work and a modified design to adjust for the incorrectly cut pieces. Since the botched pieces were effectively free, this also meant a lower priced kit. So I would expect a Fluorine DIY (and possible future new Neon DIY kit) to be half height and more precise, but a bit more expensive. Right now I am trying to figure to figure out what to do with 1200 screws and pins that aren't always long enough. Although tolerances on 1/16" acrylic are a bit better than 1/8", they still are not as consistent as I would like and some of the thicker pieces (1.69mm) mean the screws and pins I bought are too sometimes short Dave

Geat job Dave, it looks awesome! This puzzle looks like the "Anarchy" symbol. If you make the casings in such a way as to make more of a circle around the "A" shape, you could probably corner the market with the angst teen generation.
