What they do: you send them plans - a description, a drawing, a VRML file, etc - and they send you a plastic copy c/o a stereolithography machine (3-D plastic printer). Pay them more and you can have it in metal, wood, etc.

Thanks for that. I'll check them out and get my plans to them. Depending on how expensive it is, I might be able to do a run. We'll see.
