Looks nice, It took me a moment to figure out how that parity was possible, but then I remembered that that piece is a center piece.

Solve the white or yellow side first and really focus on using algorithms that don't rotate the 4 centers that require proper orientation. I only know how to rotate it twice (X2 - X being a face [U D L R F B]), but there's a place that has all the algorithms to just rotate the centers.

Here's two algorithms to help you out.
Center orienting only on the left, Moves to acquire said rotation on the right.
M is the Middle slice (L&R). E is the equitorial slice (U&D). (I don't want to have to deal with cube rotations and notation.
[U2] - [(RL) U2 (R'L') U]2
[U' L] - [M'E'M] U [M'EM] U'
