I'm designing a puzzle that needs a freely turning part that independently(from the turning activity) and indirectly works and spins.

I hope you understand
Uh... Due to my poor verbal ability i can't explain it well.
Anyway, for ones who understood it, There is a question.
It needs to work with the other parts. but its mechanism all depends on the friction force to prevent this part to move unexpectedly. So, as you can see here, I added a flickering mechanism like this.

The question is, whether it would work well. [Oh my grammar is getting destroyed] it's very thin(.7mm) and is said to be able to be worn off according to Uiqoo's opinion. i'm not sure with this way. There should be another way to solve the problem but i can't find it. Could you suggest any?
[By the way] After finding a solution i'm planning to upload it to Shapeways and post the link here, so that somebody can print it and own. I don't have enough money to print it
Just want to hear a review of it.
