Screwdrivers are useless at this point. Is there any other way to dismantle this Square1? Because I'm planning to modify this to a Square2. Thanks!!!

You'll have to post a better picture than this! Although if that shiny thing is the "screw", which has a smooth head, then it has been force fitted into the plastic. Trying to pull it out would probably break the core, but you may be able to repair it and drill new holes so a proper screw could be used.

Yes, that was a smooth head screw. So..... the best thing to do is to break it then use another screw?

Thing is, you can't "screw" it out because it has no threads, just ridges which grip the plastic. And the ridges are shaped in such a way so that it is much easier to push it it than to pull it out. It may also have some glue applied before assembly, just to make it even harder!

If you can grip it with pliers and do a "twist and pull" action, that may help.

Take a look on the other side. It may not be hopeless.

I found another way to dismatle a Square-1. The algo is" / 3". I don't know if this will be effective to other SQ1. I finished this one last night. ( Ignore the Cube with Snake)
