Hello everyone,

I was messing around in solid works (trial version) the other day and my sketch just disappeared. It happened after I tried to draw a rectangle. After fiddling with it for about an hour I discovered that every thing in the window had slid down. Now I can't do anything with it except view sketches I have already made and saved. Thanks for the help  .

Are you making sure that you fully define any sketch entities you draw? That means you should have at least 1 point coincident with the origin, and then dimension as you go.
