After finishing my "dual fold floppy cube", I have come to a realization.

The same thing can be done to a

rubik's 2x2x2

gentosha 2x2x3

gentosha 2x2x4

and

rubik's 5x5x5 because they use the same mechanism.

I can be done to any puzzle with the same mech concept applied, sure. Except shapeshifting ones have to be done on only certain faces, like the 2x2x4: it can only be done with two 2x4 faces, not a 2x2 face and a 2x4. Did that make sense?
