Does anyone have a technique to "warm up" your hands for solving? I wanted to do a couple of averages of 5 but my hands/wrists just felt like noodles and would NOT follow my mind at all. They weren't asleep, I just felt really clumsy with them. Even after three averages, it wasn't any better. This doesn't happen all the time but it does happen too frequently and it's kind of annoying.
Any tips?

I've seen many people at competitions with their hands under their armpits.

Hold your hands under hot water for 30 seconds. You can also use a hair dryer. I also crack my fingers a lot; It makes them feel easier to move. I have also found that I am completely incapable of cubing in the morning.
