When I say "my" bump cube - it was made by hidetoshi. The quality is amazing!

Please could someone tell me how you create these animations. I still don't really understand what gifs are or how they work.

I make them with Macromedia Flash and sometimes Ulead gif animator.
gif's are a series of pictures that animate.
heres an old thread viewtopic.php?t=2983&highlight=avatar
Tony, I can make one for you if you'd like.

I took my digital camera and took a bunch of pictures by hand (which explains the low quality) then scaled them down and then put them as single slides one after another in Animation Shop 3, which came standard on my Dell Dimension 4100 with Windows ME.
You can probably get other programs.
Aslo, what's a 'gif'?

This thread amused me, seeing your secret pic in class, as it sparked ideas of taking pics of puzzles in 'naughty' places or extreme places. Where can one take a pic of a puzzle that really shouldn't be allowed?

Thanks,
I think I have macromedia flash but I have no idea how to access it or use it. I also have Picture It for photos which I use a lot. It gives me the option to store a file as a gif but I don't know how to add the extra frames etc. I know all this stuff is on the net but it's a lot of trawling around so any additional help would be gratefully received. Skeneegee?

I use Fireworks, so I can't help you on the others Tony, I have Flash, so I might have a look into that for you.
