my mam is thinking of setting up a Paypal account for all our internet shopping shennanigans...and i was wondering if the premier account costs?
it says it is the best for buying and selling on ebay, but i thought i would check to see if it costs first

The premeir account only costs you as a seller. You have to have a premeir account to accept credit card payments. A personal account costs nothing as a seller, but you can't accept credit card payments.
The choice is yours.
