I want to get one becuase I have heard that this game is actually quite fun and takes quite a while to finish too....Any opinions on any place I can buy the game and if it is worth buying?

i got they game if u want to sit down for awhile its fun but the instructions in the game are difficult i think lol but you can by it anywhere really like walmart toysrus any toy store i would think

how much does it cost? Ive seen from 21-40$
If walmart is a little bit more affordable but Im thinking of just trying to find it in ebay at these prices.

I've been trying to figure out how to setup the board for the longest

If it's two people playing it's one type of setup. If three or more there's another variation.

Hope you can get friends who know what they are doing. I have bought one last year and only attempted to play it about 3-5 times.

The only time I managed to play a full game was with other people who knew what they were doing - and there were about 4 of them. I remember it being incredibly fun and addictive. But couldn't for the life of me remember how to set it up (considering the first time I played it was well over ten years ago )

The cool thing about the game is that they have a few variations of it now: custom maps, figurines, rules. I'd actually check some info out online - how to set up the pieces, different strategies and such.

It's a great game and isn't as complicated as some people might lead you to believe.

The basics of the game are quite easy to grasp. A little simple math will allow you to determine the probability of winning and losing since you're only using up to 3 six sided dice to attack and 2 to defend with all ties going to the defender.

I wouldn't call it a deep or involving game by any means though. It's fun but I outgrew it pretty quickly although every once in a while it's fun to break out the old board and play with friends.

I don't recommend it for a bunch of players though. Invariably someone will get squeezed out of the game rather early and they're stuck watching TV or doing something else.
