I am on eBay from 1999, but my PayPal experience is next to nothing. Customers from Lithuania and some other countries PayPal accepts only for a few months. I have made a few payments already and once it should happen: the Saturn puzzle is undelivered in 5 weeks. Since the seller is from another European country, such a delay means the item will be never delivered.
And here the the question from the topic's title goes. Can you share your experience/opinion from the buyers and sellers point of view?
