For anyone else here who is a fan of horseradish/wasabi, this stuff is the ultimate!

It isn't a bunch of egg whites like other horseradishes you buy, a little goes a long way.

Anyway I usually would mix some up with ketchup and make some absolutely wonderful homemade coctail sauce from it to dip shrimp in. Well tonight I had the idea to try it with some salsa to see how it was and it's knock your socks off delicious!

Uncle Skinny's Atomic Coctail Salsa

1tsp-1tbsp (to taste) Atomic Horseradish
2tbsp Catsup
1/4 cup Salsa

Mix all ingredients together.

Boil some shrimp with Zataran's until they float and chill immediately. Dip in sauce and enjoy!

If sauce does not stick to shrimp well enough, mix in another tbsp of catsup.

After I saw this I thought hey I have some boiled squid( yes i am verry asian) and thought to replace the horseradish with wasabi (the real stuff) and I have to say that it tastes delicious! Thanks skeneegee for the recipe!

Is there any difference between ketchup and catsup?

Only the spelling, I hate having to choose. It's like disk/disc I guess.
