The only true way to make a turkey sandwich is with tons of mayo and mustard.

Lots of real Weksh butter (nice and salty) with thick slices of Turkey. Can also soak the Turkey in a splash of vinegar first for that extra special taste!

He means horsey sause, which I think is a mixture of horse raddish and mayonaise. I actually don't like it very much, but the arby sauce is good.

Try the Monte Cristo sandwich at the Blue Bayou while watching the boats going by, and listening to the music!

That's funny because yesterday was a festival called "taste of" in a nearby town. After this taste of, I called about 4 places and drove all over the place looking for a place that served Monte Cristo's. didn't find one close by. My wife was getting restless so I settled on a nice french dip instead. and yes it had the Horsey sauce and Au jus. Yummy.
I think a recipie book would be great! Give either a recipie or just a dish that you like and I would compile it. I graduated culinary arts school in 1995.

Sorry to hear you didn't find a Monte Cristo. I hope you find a one sometime!
There are recipes for it online.

Futbol isn't very big at all in the USA, however after being introduced to the World Cup four short years ago, I've never been so excited to watch some "soccer". USA did much better than expected last time
(wasn't it in South Korea?), and I expect them to do the same this time around.
I think the USA is due to win some big games since we have been getting soundly beaten at our own games, Olympic Basketball and World Baseball Classic namely.
I hope I don't have to wake up at 2 am to watch this time.....
