I won't bother linking to it because there's really nothing to see yet. I just want to know what people want to see? Basically looking for good topics that the community would enjoy reading :)

As one of the 3 currently running puzzle blogs I can definitely advise you! There have been loads that have begun over the last few years but only mine, Allard's and Gabriel's blogs are really persisting and that is because we write only about topics we love and only frequently enough not to get fed up!

The key to longevity is to write about what you enjoy! Don't feel pressured to write about things you don't know about. Don't write too often (like daily) as you'll get burnt out and will fall by the wayside.

Good luck and let us know when you have something to show!

You should write about the things most interesting to you otherwise writing the entries will just seem like a chore.

Here are some ideas to start:

  • Who you are, what got you into twisty puzzles
  • Which puzzles you own and enjoy the most
  • Your favorite solves / solving experience
  • Any puzzle ideas you may have
  • Anything you've developed uniquely (solving technique, shape mod, sticker pattern, etc.)
  • Any how-to-{solve, mod, assemble, whatever} you think you want to write

Agree with the above: write only what you want, when you want. Write because you enjoy it and want to, don't write when you don't feel like it. Otherwise you/it won't last. Most of all, have fun! :D
