Dude you're amazing! I recently started getting into guitar, I own an acoustic, but ordered an electric guitar just tonight!
What guitar are you playing with? Also, I noticed two other guitars in the background, what are those?

Thank you! The guitar I was using is an Ibanez Presitge. Best guitar I've ever played. As for the two guitars in the back, one is an acoustic which I have no info on The other red one is an ESP LTD. Thats about all I know about it. I use it for much lower tuning as I have heavy gauge strings on it. I hope to see some videos of your playing, practice can be annoying, but it all pays off in the end

That was pretty awesome! How long have you been playing guitar for, and how much do you practice? I've been teaching myself for a few months, but I'm nowhere near that good . Do you have any good exercises that could help? I can play many chords easily, and also some basic riffs, but when it comes to solos, I'm terrible because my hands don't like playing in coordination at faster speeds . -Mark-

Self taught. I dont really practice anymore I just pick up my guitar and play some songs then go do something else But some good things ive found is practice regular scales at slow speeds, then pick up to fast speeds, then back to slow. If you master that, it will make you ten times faster. With solos just remember to stay in a basic 4 fret spread. In my videos you can see my hand is basically in the same position just different areas on the neck, excluding the Unholy Warcry solo, thats sweep picking, and that is much more complicated. I hope that helps!

I don't have one anymore, but my favorite thing to play was Had a Dat from sublime and Bassically, the bass solo intro to black sabbath's N.I.B.

My goal is to be one day able to play this solo: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ITIfITKGhVwI don't think I will be able to any time soon though! And I still can't get over how easy he makes that fast sweep section look! -Mark-

Your very talented! Keep up the good work. May I suggest you learn some SRV (Stevie Ray Vaughan). He is my favorite guitarist. He is AMAZING!

Sweeping, is hard to learn, but once you get it you basically can go as fast as you want. The sweeps in that video are pretty crazy though, I could probably do some scales that fast but not all. Very nice! I'm teaching myself some guitar, on an vintage acoustic Gibson from the 1960s. I'd love to be this great some day, however, I think I'll focus on the piano. Nice work!

Hey all, really sorry about bumping this topic from Jan. (I understand if mods need to take care of it)
I just really need your opinion on my Flight of the Bumbleebee guitar version. Link at the top.
Thanks so much.
