I have a made a CD containing a large collection of puzzle patents in pdf form gathered from various patent sites. Tom mentioned it on the DCD2004 thread (thanks Tom), and posted these two screenshots:

It has a viewer, which lists the 700 patents under various keywords, shows preview images of the patents, sorts the patent list by name / date / inventor / description, and allows you to jump from one patent to any other in the database that it references or is referenced by.

System requirements: A computer with a browser that can handle frames, JavaScript, and Java 1.2. I personally prefer Firefox with the Sun Java VM, but even IE with the microsoft Java VM should work. A pdf reader plugin is also needed.

As a bonus, the CD includes a copy of my complete website.
