The auction site says Quote: May not ship to Germany- Read item description or contact seller for details. Do you not ship internationally at all or is there any reason that Germany is excluded?

I get the same for my country. It says in the auction right under location "Ships to: United States" so I wager no international shipping on this one.

Btw the shipping rate is a flat rate for everyone because I'll be using Priority for domestic shipping and First Class for International shipping, so the shipping is $15.99 regardless of where you live. Don't pay attention to the shipping calculator on Ebay.
