As you know, Shapeways offers their SLS material (Strong & Flexible nylon) in a variety of finishes: plain white, dyed black, or in a white, polished finish. Next week, on October 17th, they will introduce a new option: polished & colored.
That's right, no longer do you have to choose between polished and black: you can have it both ways! Apparently the dyeing process has also been improved much ("more vibrant and consistent") and the penetration is deeper.

To celebrate, they're giving 10% off all colored SF products from October 17th until October 30th. The prices will also be changed permanently (to be lower). Regular WSF & BSF will stay the same, but polished will be up to 15% cheaper. Best of all, black polished will be only marginally (a fixed fee of $0.25) more expensive than white.

So why not check out a puzzle shop and drool over what puzzles you're going to order October 17th when this new polished, black material comes out

As of today, November 22nd, I have yet to find a puzzle offered in "BSF polished".
Yesterday, I sent PM to a designer I wanted a puzzle to buy from, but he could not add this material to his Shapeways offer. (WSF polished yes, BSF yes, but no BSF polished)

Has anyone experience with this quality of SLS nylon?

I was mistaken, Shapeways only added coloured polished materials. Polished BSF does not exist yet.
